New progress update

Level 2 design is progressing. Now near 90% done.
It's more complex than the first level, because of the vehicles, bikes, speedboats, zodiacs and helicopter outro.

There is also a secret area, which the players can find, and it's worth it. (Every level has a secret area).

Our artist now is completing level 2 mission 2 (Canyons), hopefully will be finished in less than 2 weeks...
Music wise, our musician is working on a new track, and there will be another one also after. I listened to some samples, and as always, top music.

For the bonus stages, there will be 3 or 4 types, with the main type in first person perspective, and using the assault rifle as weapon. The bonus stage will be a big part of Shadow Gangs.

The player can find one bonus after each level. And on mission finish, he will presented with the 1st person bonus stage.

Level 2 design is progressing well. Hopefully it will finished by the end of next week.
Then I will start on Collin boss level, which should not take more than a week.

And that will be Mission of Shadow Gangs Done! (in very alpha state, but still a big milestone).

Our artist is working on level 2 mission 2 (Canyons), normally it should be art ready by the end of next week...

I took the decision to have 3 levels per mission instead of 4. That is 2 regular levels, then boss level.
The reason is Shadow Gangs levels are much bigger and varied than games it takes inspiration from (mainly Shinobi and Dragon ninja).

Above is James doing a level jump to the bridge from the speedboat.
 I am still implemeting this level.

Art side, the forest level which is beautiful is finished, and our artist started the Badlands/Canyons level.

Bellow is a very easy to pull and satisfying kick to Brix on bike.

Above is an in game picture of the bridge level, which will be level 2.
I just started putting together after finishing level 1 to an alpha state, also added the level transitions (loading screens), and intro/outro etc... as placeholders for later.

This level will have first appearance of ninjas, jumping from speedboats onto the bridge.

We will also start the art of the next level after the forest, which will be the canyons level.
