Daddy robot level art is being done now. I think it will be one of the best looking boss levels in Shadow Gangs.

I was working on boss Collin fight,  balancing, fixing issues, tweaking etc...
Some of the changes that came out from this boss fight gameplay tuning:

- Button sequences a la street fighter 2 are gone. They will not be used in Shadow Gangs. I added them to allow for fewer action buttons, but the drawbacks of the SF2 sequences are bigger than the benefits.
Now special weapons have their own button. It allow for fast and mistake less triggering.

- In the boss fight, you can use all the special weapons you collected in the previous levels.
- You can use also all the magic powers too.

- Boss fights now have the boss pow bar on top. (like final fight one).

- Grenade special weapon is gone, not great to use, and slow.

With these fixes in, they will help with the upcoming boss fights implementations.

I will then start implementing the forest level, starting this weekend.

New progress update

Above is a picture of the general look of the forest stage.

The music that was playing in the website stopped playing in chrome browser. This is thanks to google.
If you want to listen to the music, it's available in the youtube channel.

I just finished the alpha state of level 2 the bridge, I wanted to make a video but I prefer to have something more polished before.

I will now start this forest stage, which will see for the first time, the appearance of Spider (not Dermann which is already present in level 1 and 2), and the alternative version  of Brix the knifeman (which does a jump over Dan attack) and maybe another new enemy.
There will be very long jumps in this forest stage, there is also a waterfall with lots of platforming, and a secret area. 

Each new level will present one or more new enemies, in general between 1 and 2 new ones.

I will also make the boss 1 level. It's AI is already done and enhanced, with some nice shader effects.
Its shouldn't take a long time, so we can say soon that mission is done in alpha state. (level 1, level 2 and boss level).
